Sonny brings 25 years of pension administration and service management experience to CAAT and currently leads the Member Experience teams within Service Delivery. As the Vice President of Member Experience, Sonny is responsible for leading the Client Services and Member service teams that are focused on providing an exemplary client experience and delivering personalized and effective administration services for our membership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and has completed the Pension Plan Admin Certificate.
