She has over 30 years of global wealth management expertise in corporate and pension fund management, governance, business development and risk management. Professional experience includes designing global investment solutions, institutional asset allocation, client management, audit, and commercial operations. As a former Managing Partner & Executive Committee member of a successful Canadian asset management firm, her leadership in designing and delivering an outsourced CIO platform drove growth and results over 25 years for institutional and high net worth clients and partners. Ms. Greenwood is a cycle-tested investment professional who brings tailored insights, oversight expertise and advice to committees and boards, including governance excellence and stakeholder engagement. Janet holds the ICD.D designation, business administration and post graduate degrees, and numerous certifications including pension law, and ESG investments, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
