<p>Alison McKay is an Employer-appointed Trustee. She recently retired as Chief Executive Officer of the Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees’ Pension Plan (SHEPP), Saskatchewan’s largest defined benefit pension plan, after leading the organization from 2014 to 2026. A strong advocate for pension adequacy and public sector pension policy, Ms. McKay has contributed nationally through service on several pension and advisory boards. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and administration from the University of Regina. (Appointed 2026)</p>
