<p>Alison McKay is an Employer-appointed Trustee. She is CEO of the Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees Pension Plan (SHEPP), Saskatchewan’s largest defined benefit pension plan, which she has led since 2014. A strong advocate for pension adequacy and public sector pension policy, Ms. McKay contributes nationally through service on several pension and advisory boards. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in both mathematics and administration from the University of Regina. (Appointed 2026)</p>
