<p>Steven Wolff is an Employer-appointed Trustee. Mr. Wolff brings extensive experience in pension administration and asset servicing, having held senior leadership roles including CEO of CIBC Mellon and the Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation. He currently serves on the Boards of the Ontario Securities Commission, CapIntel Inc., and Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health. Mr. Wolff holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. (Appointed 2026)</p>
