CAAT recently launched Pensionality – a short quiz that tells you exactly how your pension is working for you right now. Whichever of the four Pensionality results you are, you’ll get resources designed to support your pension journey.

We want to help you get familiar with your Pensionality, so we’ve created blogs for each Pensionality profile. Each Pensionality will be documenting their journey right here on Planner to shed some light on their unique pension experiences. Get an inside look into how each of them is learning about their pension and what it means to them.

Here is a sneak peek of what to expect from the blog entries of each profile:

• Explorer: Meet Scott, a newbie to the workforce and a recent member of the CAAT Plan. In navigating his new role at his new job, he is also being introduced to the world of pensions. Although retirement seems far off for him, he is still curious about the value of his pension to his current financial goals. Follow along in his journey to better understand the big picture of a pension and how it is working to support you in the future.
• Builder: Meet Bethany a working mom and recent Plan Ambassador. While forming her career and building a life for her family, her pension is also working in the background to secure her retirement future. With competing priorities, it’s important she understands her plan design so she can be better prepared for her retirement. Follow her journey to see how her contributions add up to build a secure retirement income for her future.
• Composer: Meet Deborah, long- time CAAT member and soon-to-be member of the retired club. As she approaches this new milestone, Deborah wants to make sure she is well-prepared to make the transition to the new chapter of her life. Follow her journey as she begins planning how she wants to enjoy retirement and how her CAAT pension is helping her get there.
• Voyager: Meet Paul, CAAT Plan Ambassador and current member of the retired club. Paul is enjoying retirement - he calls it the best job he ever had! And he's comfortable knowing he can rely on those monthly pension payments from CAAT so he can spend time doing the things he loves. Follow his journey as he discovers how CAAT continues to support him even in this new chapter so he can make the most of it.
