Audrey Wubbenhorst is an Employee-appointed representative. She is Co-Chair of the Finance & Administration Committee. She is a board director and a Professor of Communications Strategy at Humber College. Ms. Wubbenhorst has worked with many organizations as a consultant helping to assess board effectiveness, develop better governance structures, and build high-performing boards. She has also served on the boards of several organizations, including the Toronto Community Housing Corporation. Ms. Wubbenhorst holds an MA in Communications, an MBA, and an ICD.D. designation from the Rotman School of Management. (Appointed 2023)
