David leads CAAT’s policy development and government and regulatory engagement, with 10 years of experience in stakeholder relations, pension and public policy. Previously, he provided strategic advice to provincial and federal elected officials, including the Minister responsible for developing the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan. He sits on the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario’s Technical Advisory Committee for Public Sector Pension Plans, the Association of Canadian Pension Management’s Ontario Region Council, and the Pension Investment Association of Canada’s Government Relations Committee. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics.
