Evan Howard is the Chief Pension Officer at CAAT Pension Plan. He oversees a range of operational and strategic efforts with the Plan, including legal, public affairs, pension policy, service delivery and communications.
Evan serves on the Association of Canadian Pension Management’s (ACPM) Board of Directors and its National Policy Committee. Prior to joining CAAT, Evan practiced pensions and benefits law as a partner with Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt.
Evan earned a BA in economics and history from the University of Toronto and an LL.B from the University of Western Ontario. Evan is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of England and Wales.
