Heather joined CAAT in 2014 and has over 10 years of progressive experience in policy analysis and development. As Vice President of Pension Policy, Heather leads an enthusiastic team of policy professionals who engage in creative problem solving to provide solution-oriented advice and direction that balances risks and stakeholder interests. Heather and her team are responsible for pension policy development and regulatory compliance at CAAT. Their efforts focus on delivering guidance and developing innovative solutions that support the ongoing administration of the CAAT Pension Plan and promote a positive member and employer experience. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, a Master of Arts in Sociology from York University and has successfully completed the Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law.
