James brings over a decade of experience practising pension and benefits law at both major consulting and law firms. As Vice President, Legal Affairs, James is responsible for pension legal and regulatory compliance relating to the operation and administration of the CAAT Pension Plan as well as its growth initiatives. James is an executive member of the Pension and Benefits Section of the Ontario Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Brock University and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
