Randy brings over 20 years of leadership experience in IT managed services, IT consulting, financial services and telecommunications to his role at the CAAT Pension Plan. He is responsible for continuous improvement of information systems infrastructure and security, business systems solutions, systems development, testing and automation, IT service management, and IT operational capabilities through people, process and technology. Randy is an ITIL certified practitioner and Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM).
