As a Director, Razvan plays a key role in the management of the public markets program at CAAT, including investment in hedge funds, fixed-income, credit, commodities, currencies, equities and overlay mandates. Razvan joined CAAT in 2020, bringing over 20 years of relevant experience to the organization, including senior investment roles at PSP Investments. Razvan is a CFA charterholder and has an MBA from McGill University.
