Who will join DBplus on January 1, 2026?

Effective January 1, 2026, full-time Stellantis employees who are employed as ATS Releasing Yard Employees (“Yard Haulers” (under location/department 9715/8854) will begin participating in DBplus.

Any new Stellantis employees hired on or after January 1, 2025 will also join DBplus as of their hire date.

Employees who joined on January 1, 2025:

On January 1, 2025, eligible Stellantis employees were enrolled in the CAAT Plan and began making contributions to DBplus on the first Stellantis pay periods of 2025.

Who joined DBplus on January 1, 2025?

All Stellantis bargaining unit employees who were hired on or after September 19, 2016, and who were participating in the Defined Contribution (DC) provisions of one of the Stellantis pension plans immediately prior to January 1, 2025. (Excluding ATS members with corporate service date prior to January 22, 2024 and Yard Haulers 9715/8854).

Temporary part-time employees

When can part-time employees join?

Temporary part-time (TPT) employees will start participating in DBplus on the first pay period of the calendar year after meeting one of the following eligibility criteria:

• The employee has worked at least 700 hours with Stellantis in each of the two consecutive calendar years immediately before joining DBplus.
• OR
• The employee received earnings from Stellantis of at least 35% of the Year’s Maximum Pensionable Earnings (as defined in the Canada Pension Plan) in each of the two consecutive calendar years immediately before joining DBplus.
