On the portal, you can watch your pension grow, track your retirement progress and see your estimated retirement date! You can also use our estimator tool to help you get an estimate of your pension at the retirement date or age of your choice. It's like having a front-row seat to your future.

No one likes waiting, especially when it comes to important matters like your pension. That's why My Pension’s secure messaging centre is a game changer. It's the quickest and most convenient way to hear back from CAAT! Send a message and receive a response within 24h! (except for Saturdays and Sundays)

Keep your personal information up to date with ease. On My Pension, you can easily designate your beneficiaries and update your address, mailing addresses and phone number in real time. It’s easy to get started!
- Visit caatpension.ca/signin on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
- Click on My Pension to get to the login screen.
- Select ‘Sign up now’ and agree to the Terms of Use. Then follow the on-screen instructions to activate your account.
- Verify your identity by entering your Member ID, date of birth, and last three digits of your SIN.
- Follow the prompts to create a password, set up your security questions and set your preferred method of communication. You can either receive communications online or by mail.
