It’s easy to get started!

  1. Visit caatpension.ca/signin on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
  2. Click on My Pension to get to the login screen.
  3. Select ‘Sign up now’ and agree to the Terms of Use. Then follow the on-screen instructions to activate your account.
  4. Verify your identity by entering your Member ID, date of birth, and last three digits of your SIN.
  5. Follow the prompts to create a password, set up your security questions and set your preferred method of communication. You can either receive communications online or by mail.
