Cheri Hearty is an Employee representative (OPSEU/SEFPO-appointed) with more than 20 years of experience in the pension and benefits industry. As Supervisor of the Worker Safety and Pension & Benefits Units at OPSEU/SEFPO, she leads a team of experts in health and safety, WSIB, pensions, and benefits. She also provides industry advice, leadership, and mentorship, and advocates for the value of Defined Benefit pensions. Ms. Hearty has served on several pension and benefit boards of trustees.
