As Chief Pension Officer, Evan is responsible for overseeing operational and strategic efforts at CAAT, including legal, public affairs, pension policy, service delivery and communications. With over 20 years of experience in pensions and benefits law in Canada and abroad, Evan plays an active role in the industry, including serving on the Association of Canadian Pension Management’s (ACPM) National Policy Committee and sitting as past Chair of the Ontario Regional Council of the ACPM. He earned a BA from the University of Toronto (Trinity College) and an LL.B from the University of Western Ontario.
