Your member identification number (Member ID) is a unique, 6-digit number that is associated with the pension you are earning in the CAAT Plan. It stays the same for as long as you are a member of the Plan and will remain the same when you retire and start collecting a pension. When you contact us by phone or email, have your Member ID handy so that CAAT Plan representatives can make sure they’re speaking to the right person. It’s ok if you don’t have your Member ID, our Client Services Representatives will ask you additional questions to confirm your identity.

You’ll find your Member ID on correspondence you receive from the Plan, such as your enrolment letter or annual statement. Be sure to take note of your Member ID and retain it for future reference.
