Julie Giraldi is an accomplished and dynamic senior executive with a career dedicated to positively transforming organizational cultures. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at CAAT Pension Plan, she has played a pivotal role in leading the organization through a period of unprecedented growth—including a 500% increase in headcount, over three years while achieving an 88% employee engagement score. Under her leadership, CAAT has received numerous accolades for its workplace culture: Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, Greater Toronto's Best Employers, Canadian HR Reporter’s 5-Star Rewards & Recognition, among others.
Over the course of her career, Julie has shaped enterprise people strategies, driven business development and spearheaded innovation and transformation initiatives. Her executive leadership experience spans over 25 years and multiple industries including pensions, healthcare, and transportation. She served on the Board of Directors for the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) and currently serves on the Board of the National Diabetes Trust.
Julie graduated from the University of Toronto, is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) from the Human Resources Professionals Association and has an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
